Man arrested over cannabis plants

A man has been arrested after suspected cannabis plants were found at house in Staffordshire.

Several unidentified items were found at an address in Brookside Court in Cheadle where a 24-year-old man was arrested, Staffordshire Police said.

A second address in Dovedale Close was searched by police earlier and several plants were seized.

Sgt Nick Morris said the force would continue to seek to disrupt suspected drug activity in the area.
